Applications for absentee ballots may be completed online, submitted by mail, in-person, fax, or mail.

Absentee ballot applications are available six weeks prior to an election.

To request an Absentee Ballot by mail, click the link to download the form, complete the form, include proof of identification, and mail to the St. Louis County Board of Elections office, (314) 615-1800. In Person Absentee voting is available April 5th to April 7th at 5:00 pm a the St. Louis County Board of Elections office.
